H.H. SRI SWAMI SAHAJANANDAJI'S		MAHASAMADHI

H.H. Sri Swami Sahajanandaji Maharaj attained Mahasamadhi at 5.30am on Monday, 10 December 2007. The sacred Ashes had been brought to Sri Gurudev's Ashram by the devotees of Swami Sahajanandaji Maharaj from Durban, South Africa for immersing it in to the sacredness of Mother Ganges.

On 1st Jan 2008 Paduka puja had been done at Samadhi Shrine of Sri Gurudev by devotees.

On 2nd Jan 2008 the urn containing the Ashes of Brahmaleen His Holiness Sri Swami Sahajanandaji Maharaj taken to Sri Gurudev kutir Ghat(Ganges bank) in accompaniment of Sankirtan and Vedic Chanting and after performing the final rites the Sacred Ashes taken by boat and offered to Mother Ganges.

His death is not only a loss to Divine Life Society but also to the whole of Durban and South Africa.
