It does not matter what religion you follow or school of yoga as all paths require a solid foundation, ethics, morals, good character and an unyielding desire for the Truth. The elements in each level of membership will make it easier for you to stay on the path and keep moving ahead and onward.

Spiritual Food for the Day
This will come to your email account each evening for the next day’s contemplation as your spiritual food.
Each day, you will receive a reading from the ‘Sivananda Daily Readings’ which were compiled from the books written by Swami Sivananda. These readings are progressive in nature and the heart of Gurudev's Yoga of Synthesis.

THE SPIRITUAL DIARY
Gurudev wrote that an ounce of practice is better than tons of theory. In keeping with this thought; we share with you the tools designed by Holy Master Swami Sivananda that would build a firm and steady foundation on the path spiritual. Putting first things first is the most important aspect of your sadhana. The system includes Gurudev’s Spiritual Resolve Form and Spiritual Diary.
You can now walk the path designed by the Master.
